I am committed to providing every Customer/Member/Student with exceptional courses, products or services. We want you to feel comfortable when you are transacting with us. Please review refund and cancellation policy when you transact with santhoshshetty.com or designclans.com

Refunds on Digital Products, Memberships & Courses :

Due to the nature of the Business and Accessibility of our products immediately on purchase we provide a strict 7 day refund Policy from the date of purchase on Few Products and on some there wont be any refund It will be mentioned in the FAQ section of each Product. Please check FAQ before buying, Enrolling or Purchasing..

Please note that you will loose membership or access to the course once the refund/cancellation is fulfilled by us.

Refunds on Services :

As a valued Client of mine i do my best to deliver the best possible design for your business. However if you are not happy with the work for whatever reason then I do not want to keep your money. I run my business with integrity and I feel its morally not right to do it. Thats why I will give you a full refund of the money that comes to my bank account. There are 2 scenarios of refund. Please read the pointer below carefully.

If you have paid through the payment gateway then the gateway charges will not be refunded as its a payment convenince fee which goes directly to the payment gateway( Approximately between 1% – 5% + GST)
If you have made a direct Bank to bank transfer through NEFT/IMPS/RTGS then you will get 100% refund.

Partial Refunds:

If a service has been partially rendered or partially completed, partial refunds may be issued at our discretion, based on the proportion of the service completed. Refund process remains the same as any other.

Refund Approval :

Once approved I will process the refund immediately from my end and share confirmation with you. Processing time from the banks will vary depending on which Bank you got.

Force Majeure :

We are not liable for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, governmental actions, or other force majeure events.

Governing Law :

This Refund and Cancellation Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and other applicable laws. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bengaluru, India.
